Following the notification on the submission of a binding offer for the purchase of a 100% ownership stake in the company Alterna distribucija d.o.o., Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia dated 2 December 2021, the company M SAN Grupa d.o.o. announces that on 13.5.2022. has signed a SPA with the sellers for the acquisition of a 100% ownership stake in the capital of Alterna distribucija d.o.o.
After obtaining the approval of the transaction from the competent competition protection agencies, it will be possible to start fulfilling the remaining contractual conditions required for the completion of the transaction, which is expected in the second half of this year.
