Further to the notification of the submission of a binding offer for the purchase of 100% of the ownership stake in the company Data Link d.o.o., Bjelovar from April 5, 2023, and the notification of the signing of the sales purchase agreement with the sellers from May 8, 2023, M SAN Grupa d.o.o. announces that it has acquired a 100% ownership stake in the company Data Link d.o.o., Bjelovar, on July 4, 2023, upon fulfilment of all conditions precedents.
The next step is the integration of the business processes of Data Link d.o.o. into the operations of M SAN Grupa, during the second half of 2023.
