Further to the notification of the submission of a binding offer for the purchase of 100% of the ownership stake in the company Alterna distribucija d.o.o., Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia on 2 December 2021, and the notification of the signing of the sales purchase agreement with the sellers on 13 May 2022, M SAN Grupa d.o.o. announces that it has acquired a 100% ownership stake in the company Alterna distribucija d.o.o., Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia on 15 November 2022 upon fulfilment of all conditions precedents and approval of the transaction by the Slovenian competition protection agency.
The next step is the integration of the business processes of Alterna distribucija d.o.o. into the operations of M SAN Grupa, which will be implemented during the first half of 2023.
