The signing of the SPA on the takeover of Data Link d.o.o.
Following the notification on the submission of a binding offer for the purchase of a 100% ownership stake in the company Data Link d.o.o., Bjelovar, Blajburških žrtava 16, the Republic of Croatia, dated April 5, 2023, the company M SAN Grupa d.o.o., Rugvica, Dugoselska ulica 5 („The Company“) announces that on May 5, 2023 contract on the sale of business shares was concluded between the Company and the holder of business shares, the subject of which is the purchase and sale of 100% of business shares in the capital of the company DATA LINK d.o.o
Completion of the transaction is expected later during this year.
