M SAN Grupa d.o.o. submitted a binding offer to acquire a 100% ownership share in the capital of Alterna distribucija d.o.o., Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia on December 1st, 2021.
Alterna distribucija d.o.o. is one of the leading Slovenian value-added distributors (VAD) with sales revenues in the amount of EUR 21.4 million in 2020.
M SAN Group d.o.o. will inform the public in a timely manner about the results of the tender and potential further steps related to the acquisition of shares.
