Our Code of Ethics establishes the highest standards, rules of conduct and ethical principles. All our employees, partners and associates and all other persons, natural and legal, who are in any way connected with our business (stakeholders) are obliged to comply with them, i.e. act in accordance with them. The Code of Ethics was adopted to enable all interested persons to see the ethical rules that we consider crucial for our successful business operations, both inside and outside of our company. The Code of Ethics is extremely important and it represents the basis of the daily actions of all stakeholders.
The role of our Export Compliance Program is reflected in our compliance with all export control laws and economic sanctions of the United States of America (such as: U.S. export control laws, Export Administration Regulations – EAR), the European Union and other applicable jurisdictions.
We comply with all anti-corruption laws that apply in the Republic of Croatia as well as on the territory of the EU, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.
We have adopted an Anti-corruption Business Policy, which we periodically review and continuously improve, maintain, monitor and implement through anti-corruption policies, procedures and internal controls. We have a zero-tolerance rate for bribery and corruption, we strictly monitor and control the costs of hospitality and gifts and we conduct internal training for our employees.
Corporate Compliance is a process that requires from us to undertake continuous activities and efforts. We responsibly and permanently improve our business which will be based on regulated, ethical, moral business activities and integrity, respecting all laws and regulations as well as internal regulations, policies, procedures, decisions and other things that regulate our business.
