Zagreb, September 9, 2022.
On Thursday, September 8, 2022. the sessions of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the Assembly of the company M SAN Grupa d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Issuer) were held.
The Supervisory Board of the Issuer made the following decisions at its session:
1. Mr. Miroslav Huzjak is recalled from the position of President of the Management Board as of January 1, 2023;
2. The Vice President of the Management Board, Ms. Irena Langer-Breznik, is appointed as a President of the Management Board as of January 1, 2023;
3. Member of the Management Board of the Company Mr. Žarko Kruljac is appointed as a Vice President of the Management Board as of October 1, 2022, while at the same time Irena Langer-Breznik is recalled from that position;
4. The Executive Director of the Vivax Division, Vladimir Brkljača, is appointed as a member of the Management Board as of October 1, 2022;
5. The Executive Director of the Enterprise Division, Alen Panić, is appointed as a member of the Management Board as of October 1, 2022.
The Assembly of the Issuer made the following decisions at its session:
1. The Assembly confirmed all the above-mentioned decisions (1.-5.) of the Supervisory Board;
2. Mr. Stipo Matić is recalled from the position of President of the Supervisory Board as of January 1, 2023, and will continue his mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board;
3. Mr. Željko Menalo is appointed as a President of the Supervisory Board as of January 1, 2023;
4. Mr. Miroslav Huzjak is appointed as a Vice President of the Supervisory Board as of January 1, 2023.
The Management Board of the issuer appointed Mr. Igor Došić, former director of the subsidiary Kim Tec d.o.o. Vitez, as a director for business development in Slovenia as of 1 October 2022.
The Management Boardof the issuer appointed Mrs Nikolina Žigić, the former head of procurement in the Vivax division, as an executive director for procurement and production of Own Brands as of October 1, 2022.
