- Issuer: M SAN GRUPA limited liability company for computer production, trade, import and export with its registered office in Zagreb, Buzinski prilaz 10, registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under the registration number MBS: 080157581, OIB: 34695138237
- Issue value: Nominal Issue Amount up to a maximum of HRK 200,000,000.00, in the Denomination of HRK 1.00, up to a maximum of 200,000,000 Bonds.
- Securities markings: MSAN-O-267A and International Identification Mark (ISIN) HRMSANO267A9.
